We have two varieties of honey for your enjoyment; Summer harvest and Fall Harvest.
Our Summer harvest contains nectar and pollen from locally blooming plants in the area between early Spring and Early Summer. Our Summer harvest is typically lighter in color and milder in taste. Our Fall Harvest contains nectar and pollen from local plants blooming later in the Summer through mid to late Fall depending on our harvest time. Our Fall harvest is typically darker in color and has a stronger taste to many.
